TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Download the Admission Form from the official website www.sjcnorthpoint.com
2. ADMISSION FORM CAN BE DOWNLOADED AFTER PAYING ₹ 800 + (TRANSACTION CHARGE)
3. Admission Forms have unique identifiers printed at the bottom. Note: It can be used only for one student. For each student, a separate Form must be downloaded.
4. PLEASE ENTER YOUR VALID NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS AND Click on download Form for Admission Form to be sent to the registered email id provided during payment process.
5. If you have not received the Admission Form on your email even after the payment is successful or if by mistake you lost or deleted the soft copy, you may contact us on 0354-2259153 / 0354-2251022. Please provide the payment id that you have received from Instamojo Payment Gateway.
6. PAYMENT ONCE MADE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Each year, the Admission is conducted for Classes 3,4,5,6 and 11. Please contact the school office if you require any assistance for admission.
